A reminder for those of you having difficulty with USF Apps login and the Citrix download: the documentation advises you try adding forest.usf.edu\NETID if the system doesn’t recognize your password. This works for me.
Working With InDesign
Let’s open InDesign and quickly review the questions from chapter 1 before we move onto chapter two.
We’ll be working with chapter 2, “Getting to Know InDesign” in class today. PLEASE SAVE YOUR WORK, I will ask you to turn it into Canvas at the end of class. The book suggests that we should be able to complete the lesson in one hour.
Homework
For homework, I want you to keep drilling into InDesign. Please complete lesson 3 (the book suggests that this is a long lesson, 90 minutes).
In Tuesday’s class, we will be working on researching your book project. If you want a head start, I will be asking you to complete Chapter 4 of InDesign for homework Tuesday night, so you can get started on that. We will be working with chapters 5, 6, and 7 in next Thursday’s class and over next weekend.
